8weeks
From the first workshop to the board briefing
8–12use cases
AI opportunities, scored on impact and feasibility
3–5concepts
Product concepts for the strongest opportunities
1masterplan
Your AI Innovation Masterplan: the next 12 to 24 months, sequenced and ready for board approval
For
CxOs whose board expects an AI strategy, with pilots under way but no clear priorities, sequence or measures yet.
Objective
Clarity on your AI direction, down to action: which opportunities come first, why, and what it takes to start them.
Structure
Seven modules over eight weeks, each with one objective and one defined output. Remote or hybrid.
What makes it different

A strategy your teams can act on, not a deck

AI budgets are growing faster than AI clarity: pilots stall before production, vendors are chosen before use cases are validated, and the board sees activity rather than direction. Most AI strategy work stops at recommendations; this programme is built to be acted on.

Instead ofThis programme delivers
Generic use cases that consultancies carry over from other industriesOpportunities found in your business, against your data and your strategy
Recommendations drafted by a consulting team, then handed overShaped with your leadership team, module by module, so the result is already owned
A slide deck of ideas to interpretProject concepts: user journeys, architecture, build or buy, and success metrics
Direction without a sequence, left for you to work outA sequence, with decision gates and measures for every step
The hardest part of adopting AI isn’t the technology itself. It’s knowing where to apply it, in what sequence, and how to measure it.George Krasadakis
The programme path

From first call to board roadmap

Four stages, each with its own outcome. Start with the call or the assessment; the assessment fee is credited in full against the programme.

  1. 30 minutes

    Strategy call

    Free

Confirms scope, sponsor and timing, and the right entry point: the assessment or the full programme.

    Arrange a call →
  2. Recommended first step
    Three weeks

    AI Readiness Assessment

    €15,000, fixed

The programme’s first module, run on its own: leadership interviews and a review of your AI initiatives, data and vendors. Output: a readiness score on five dimensions and a shortlist of opportunities, presented at a leadership readout with a written report.

    Request the assessment →
  3. Eight weeks

    AI Strategy Programme

    Priced on proposal

Seven modules, from readiness to the board briefing. Outputs: a scored portfolio of 8 to 12 use cases, product concepts for the top 3 to 5, a governance framework and a 12 to 24 month roadmap.

    Request a proposal →
  4. Monthly or quarterly

    Ongoing advisory

    Priced on proposal

Scheduled reviews against the roadmap: progress on the agreed measures, portfolio decisions and board updates. A fractional Chief AI Officer role is also available.

What the eight weeks deliver

  1. AI Readiness AssessmentWhere you stand on data infrastructure, technical talent, process maturity, leadership alignment and cultural readiness, and which gaps will slow you down.
  2. AI Use Case Portfolio8 to 12 opportunities scored on business impact, technical feasibility, data readiness and complexity, from quick wins to strategic bets.
  3. AI Product ConceptsFor the top 3 to 5: user journeys, technical architecture, build-or-buy recommendations, integration points and success metrics.
  4. AI Innovation MasterplanA 12 to 24 month plan: what to pilot, scale and defer, with technology and vendor criteria, talent needs, a governance framework and decision gates.
  5. Executive AI BriefingA board-ready presentation of the findings and the roadmap, with answers to the questions your board will ask.

Independent evaluation. Module 5 assesses technology and vendors against your use cases, your data and your criteria. George also built Ainna.ai; where a platform of that kind is relevant, the evaluation compares the options and states that interest up front.

How it runs

The programme, module by module

Each module has one objective and ends in a defined output that feeds the next.

  1. Week 1Readiness: data, talent, current AI initiatives, vendors and readiness for changeOutputAI Readiness Assessment
  2. Week 2Opportunities across the value chain, from stakeholder interviewsOutputAI opportunity map
  3. Week 3Scoring and prioritisation: impact, feasibility, data readiness, time to valueOutputAI Use Case Portfolio
  4. Week 4Product concepts for the top 3 to 5 use casesOutputAI Product Concepts
  5. Week 5Technology and vendors: stack, platforms, build or buyOutputTechnology and vendor framework
  6. Week 6Governance and risk: data use, model validation, bias, human oversight, regulationOutputAI governance framework
  7. Weeks 7–8Synthesis, presented to your leadership teamOutputMasterplan and Executive AI Briefing

The roadmap runs in four phases, with quick wins first, strategic bets second and autonomous capabilities last.

  3. ScaleMonths 10 to 18
  4. EvolveMonth 18 onwards

Questions

Questions about the programme

How much does it cost?

The strategy call is free. The AI Readiness Assessment is a fixed €15,000, excluding VAT, for three weeks, and its fee is credited in full against the programme. The AI Strategy Programme and ongoing advisory are priced on proposal, according to the number of business units and use cases in scope; the programme includes ten copies of Innovation Mode for your leadership team. Every request receives a written proposal within two working days.

How is this different from hiring an AI strategy consulting firm?

Consulting firms bring large teams and broad mandates, which suit open-ended transformations with large budgets. This is narrower and faster: a fixed scope with named deliverables, led personally by the author of the method, and shaped with your leadership team rather than handed over. The method is published in Innovation Mode, so your team can keep using it after the programme.

What does the programme need from our team?

A sponsor who chairs the module readouts and takes the decisions, and a core team of 4 to 6 people from data, engineering and the business units in scope, for 4 to 6 hours a week across workshops, interviews and reviews. The assessment needs less: interviews with your leadership team and access to your current AI initiatives. Modules run remotely or hybrid.

We already have a Chief AI Officer and pilots running. Is this still useful?

Yes. A new or sitting Chief AI Officer gets an external readiness assessment and a published method within eight weeks, so the first year goes on execution rather than building frameworks. Pilots already running enter the portfolio in week 3 and are scored like any other opportunity: continue, change or stop.

What return should we expect?

The programme returns decisions, not revenue on its own: it stops spend on the wrong use cases, sequences investment so that pilots reach production, and sets the measures that track the return from then on. Specific revenue figures are not promised, because they depend on factors outside the programme.

What happens after the programme?

Your teams or delivery partners implement the roadmap, working from the product concepts and the masterplan, which are written for hand-over to product, engineering and data teams. Ongoing advisory adds monthly or quarterly reviews against the roadmap’s measures, with no lock-in. A common pattern is a refresh after six to nine months, at the roadmap’s next decision gate.
