In short
- You are welcome to read, share and quote the website, with attribution and a link.
- The content is for information. It is not professional advice.
- Our toolkits and eBooks are licensed, not sold. The Innovation Toolkit licence is in the schedule below.
- Irish law applies, and if you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of theinnovationmode.com (the "website"), which is operated by Innovation Mode Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland (company number 785034), with its registered office at 51 Bracken Road, Dublin 18, D18 CV48, Ireland ("Innovation Mode", "we", "us"). By using the website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
Purchases of our digital products are also governed by the purchase terms below and by the licence for the product. Advisory engagements, talks and other services are governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with you. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for any lawful purpose. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the website's operation, security or availability, including by sending automated requests at a volume that degrades the service;
- use the forms to send spam or unlawful or misleading content, or to impersonate someone else;
- use the website to collect personal data about other people.
Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl, index, summarise and cite the website, following our robots.txt. Indexing does not give anyone a licence to republish our content in full.
3. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including the articles, guides, templates, images, design and code, are owned by Innovation Mode Limited or George Krasadakis, or used under licence. Guest articles remain the property of their authors. All rights are reserved, except as set out below.
You may:
- read the website, and print or save pages for your personal use or for reference inside your organisation;
- share links to any page;
- quote short extracts, with attribution to Innovation Mode and a link to the page you quote.
You need our written permission to republish articles or guides in full or in substantial part, to use our content in products, paid training or publications, or to use the Innovation Mode or Ainna names and logos in a way that suggests our endorsement. Ask us at info@theinnovationmode.com.
Free downloads, such as the 60 Leaders eBooks, carry their own notices, which apply in addition to these terms.
4. Contributions
If you send us content for publication, such as a guest article, a contribution to one of our eBooks or a testimonial, you confirm that it is your own work, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership, and you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish it with your name, edit it for length and clarity, and promote it. We will not change its meaning without your agreement.
5. No professional advice
The website offers general information about innovation, AI and product development. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, regulatory or other professional advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. The frameworks, templates and examples support structured thinking; they do not replace professional judgement, and no outcome is guaranteed. Decisions you take with them remain your responsibility.
Articles reflect the author's view on the date shown on them, and they may become out of date. We do not undertake to update them.
6. Buying digital products
Who you buy from
Our digital products, such as the Innovation Toolkit and the eBook edition of Innovation Mode, are sold by Innovation Mode Limited. You buy on our checkout page and pay through our payment provider, Stripe.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in euro on the product page and at checkout, where any VAT is shown before you pay. Your order is accepted, and the contract between us is formed, when we confirm it by email. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Delivery
Products are delivered as downloads, available on your order page immediately after payment, with the link by email. If a download does not arrive or does not work, contact our support and we will send it again.
Licence
Products are licensed to you, not sold. The Innovation Toolkit is licensed under the Innovation Toolkit licence in the schedule below, which is also included in the package. eBooks are licensed for your personal use on your own devices: you may not share, resell or publish them. Other products are licensed under the terms included with them.
Your right to cancel
If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once the download is made available, provided you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. Beside the Pay button, the checkout asks you to request instant access to the download and to acknowledge that the right to cancel then ends; we confirm both in the order email.
If a product is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will repair or replace it, or refund you where we cannot. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Business customers
If you buy for your organisation, the product is supplied for business use, and the limits of liability in these terms apply in full.
7. Links and other services
The website links to other websites and services, such as Springer, booksellers, LinkedIn, YouTube and Ainna.ai. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply. Ainna.ai is a separate service with its own terms of service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it as it is and as available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including products and prices, at any time. Such changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the free content of the website;
- we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
- our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the price you paid for it.
If you are a consumer, these limits do not affect your statutory rights, and we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the current version. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
11. General
- If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in force.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- For a purchase, these terms, the product's licence and our order confirmation are the whole agreement between us about that purchase.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor of our business; we will tell you if this affects a licence you hold.
- No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them or the website, are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in its courts.

Schedule: Innovation Toolkit licence
This is the licence included in the Innovation Toolkit 4.0 package (LICENSE.txt). It governs your use of the toolkit together with these terms; where they differ about the toolkit, the licence prevails.
© 2020–2026 Innovation Mode Limited. Registered in Ireland.
1. Grant
Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the Innovation Toolkit (the templates, guides, canvases, workbook, Quick Start Guide, Markdown companions and example series; together "the templates") within one organisation: a company, a public body or a university department, including all of its teams and business units, with unlimited internal copies. A licence bought by a company covers that legal entity only: its parent company, subsidiaries and other affiliates are separate organisations, and each needs its own licence or a group licence (contact info@theinnovationmode.com).
2. What you may do
- Use the templates across the teams and business units of your organisation.
- Edit, customise, restructure, translate and rebrand them.
- Distribute them internally, and use them in internal training and workshops.
- Create filled-in documents from them. Everything you write in them is yours.
- Paste them, with your own content, into AI tools your organisation has approved, to draft and review your documents. You are responsible for what you share with those tools and for how you use their answers.
- Let contractors and temporary staff use them on your organisation's work. They may not keep them or use them for anyone else.
3. Client work and publications
Consulting deliverables, client workshops, paid training, courses and publications that use material from the templates require:
(a) the attribution line below in every such document, and
(b) for consultants, agencies and advisory firms working with several clients, an agency licence. Contact info@theinnovationmode.com.
4. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the templates, or blank templates substantially similar to them, to third parties. Filled-in documents for clients are client work under section 3.
- Publish the templates themselves, blank or with the sample content, on websites, marketplaces or repositories, in any format.
- Leave the attribution line out of client work or publications under section 3.
- Use the Innovation Mode or Ainna names or logos to imply endorsement.
5. Academic use
Students, educators and academic researchers may use the templates free of charge for coursework, teaching and non-commercial research, with attribution. Educators may share the templates with enrolled students through a course platform that is not publicly accessible. Details: theinnovationmode.com/innovation-toolkit
6. Intellectual property
All ownership rights and intellectual property in the templates remain with Innovation Mode Limited. The content you add to filled-in documents is yours.
7. No warranty and disclaimer
These templates support structured thinking; they do not replace professional judgement. Nothing in this package is legal, financial, investment or regulatory advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Decisions taken with these documents remain the responsibility of those who take them. You are responsible for what you share with AI tools, including confidential, personal or client information, and for how you use their answers. Provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Innovation Mode Limited accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of this package.
8. Attribution line
Built on the Innovation Toolkit 4.0 by Innovation Mode Limited, based on Innovation Mode 2.0 (Springer, 2026). theinnovationmode.com9. Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
