This is a rapid, timeboxed, 8-week advisory program with defined deliverables. It is offered as fully remote or in a hybrid mode with the first and/or last week delivered on-premise. Typically includes 50 hours of innovation advisory, interviews and presentations delivered in 32 sessions over 8 weeks leading to 4 specific deliverables presenting you with actionable advice, ideas and proposals on how to make your company more innovative.

Week #1 Innovation Readiness

We review your innovation programs, your problem and opportunity space and we how your strategy and organizational purpose are linked to your innovation efforts. Week #2 Opportunity Discovery

Week #3 Innovation Performance

Weeks #6-8 Innovation Masterplan
